Position Summary:

The purpose of the Service Coordinator includes but is not limited to being responsible for the day to day coordination of all field and shop personnel and upcoming jobs.

With a foundation of integrity, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide daily business support to local customer base.
  • Open work orders and coordinate with parts dept. for required job scopes.
  • Daily coordination of service work and field technicians, assist with processing daily field and shop time sheets.  Assist with invoicing when jobs are finished.
  • Provide support and business input to the Edmonton management team.
  • Maintain and oversee quality and quantity of field and shop work.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Provide on call support for customers and service department.
  • Coordinate all outside services, and supply required purchase orders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills.
  • Detail Oriented for accurate paperwork
  • Ability to work effectively with all customers and employees.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Flexible to accommodate customers changing demands
  • Strong leadership ability to maintain day to day activities
